Blueberry Time Machine Lemonade

Summer time is upon us and it's about to get ballz hot outside.

With that in mind, I am all about cold brew and basically all cold dranks. I'm also all about cold beers and cocktails but when I'm not being a heathen, I drink antioxidant loaded mixes like this one.

As per usual, I'm using a blend from Wise Ape Tea Co. Why? Because all of their teas are not only tasty as hell, but they are all functionally awesome; loaded with adaptogenic herbs and antioxidant awesomeness.

For this recipe, I use the Blueberry Time Machine green tea and I prepare it as a cold brew which takes about 24 hours if you want it strong. The longer you wait, the better it tastes!

Here is what you will need to make a cold brewed tea lemonade.... lemonade tea? IDK..... it's a cold refreshing drink that tastes like hope and sunshine. Call it whatever you want.

Ingredients:

5 tea bags of Blueberry Time Machine green tea

1 large pitcher of water

1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice

1/2 cup monk fruit sweetener

Directions:

Let tea brew for 24-48 hours

Add the rest of the ingredients

Do your best Kermit the Frog meme impersonation while you sip your refreshing drink
